I do not believe buyers should choose a property simply because it’s new or because it’s resale. Every property should be evaluated based on its location, pricing, surrounding supply, accessibility, nearby schools, future developments, and whether it supports your personal and financial goals.

Sometimes a new launch offers excellent long-term value. At other times, a well-priced resale condo that fit your lifestyle may be the smarter purchase.
