Premium Sale

For residential rentals, landlords usually engage us at 1 month’s rent for leases of 2 years (or 0.5 month for 1‑year leases), which includes market research, advertising your unit, tenant screening, negotiation of terms, inventory checks and handover support. Our fee is due only when a tenancy agreement is signed and the tenant’s deposit is collected.

For buyers and tenants in Singapore, our professional service is generally commission‑free when we are co‑broking with the seller’s or landlord’s agent, as they pay our fee.
