For residential rentals, landlords usually engage us at 1 month’s rent for leases of 2 years (or 0.5 month for 1‑year leases), which includes market research, advertising your unit, tenant screening, negotiation of terms, inventory checks and handover support. Our fee is due only when a tenancy agreement is signed and the tenant’s deposit is collected.
